Honestly Eithad is a bit hard lo...
I think their preference is ppl with experience de lo...

Two of my batch girl [cabin crew also] did not make it. But instead, someone who is a non experience crew.. got in

arh is it?? but i still thinks that they give priority to with experience de..
anyway, that time i went, out of like 60++ ppl.. only 4 mgmt to make it thru... i still think it's very tedious..
but definetely it's a great experience lo.. the ppl are nice, they even provide food for you.. the presentation wasn't bored at all, the speaker was humorous..

Yeah, it's really really tedious. One Ring to rule them all. oh no no no ...

HeHe! One chance to determine it all. Been through the cut' process too, really heart-breaking.

I remembered at the 2nd interview, we were told to reach 214cm.

isn't that obvious?? why would there be a interview den?? it is to select the people who are suitable for the cabin crew positon right??
doesn't mean that they need ppl and they will "anyhow" do the selection...
