Hi

i'll be moving to Singapore in the new year and it looks likely i'll be living in the jurong west area as that's where my husband will be working. Can you recommend any good places to live i'll have two children under two ( i'm expecting the second in November!) and good pre schools for an 18 mth that is nearby. thanks

zoe

Hiii Zoe,,hhmm place to live...it really depends on what your requirement is..for me I like everything to be at my doorstep. Example, I just went to look at this apartment ,called Floravale, The main entrance looks very private and the side gate brings you to the other side of the neighbourhood,There is also a Modern Montessori preschool abt 5-10 mins away.

Also for those residents staying in Floravale, there is a regular shuttle bus that brings you to Jurong Point .which is a much much bigger mall and the Train station is there as well. Hope that info helps!

In fact from the side gate there is a mini mall.with food centres, supermarket, nail salon, hair salon, confectionary as well.oh yeah Mc donalds and KFC for the kids.

Thanks for the info. Floravale sounds good as we do want things to be handy and close by. Will look it up on the internet.
