looking for a good school

Hi,

We are moving to Singapore in Dec 2007. I would like to put my 2 sons (3 and 5) in a school which offers them Hindi as the second language and also has a decent proportion of Indian children. I am looking for only names of good schools , I shall contact them personally. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Parul, Singapore has some Indian schools. The one that I know is DPS International School. It has its own website as well.

Thank you for your reply. I guess I am actually looking for local schools with a good Indian representation and not Indian schools per se. Would you know any on the east coast?

Hi Parul,

It's been 2 years since you moved. I don't know if you are still in Singapore...

If you are, I'm in a similar dilemma as you were in 2 years back.... Looking for a nice school for my kids who are in 1st and 3rd grades.

Did you find any such schools - with Hindi as second language and a sizable number of Hindi speaking kids?

Which schools were better - local or international?
