I think the title is Cabin Crew Executive which will usually require a degree and several years experience. Although I think there may or may not be cadetships for this post. You will need to search through the airline's website although the requirements will only be shown when there is a vacancy, best write to them and ask.

You have to be at least more than 10 years experience as a cabin crew.
They will not hired anyone who is not a cabin crew before or were just a cabin crew for 5 years or so... Must be really experience and top of SEP

Not necessarily, PLAVT is right. Recently, abt few months back, I saw in singaporeair.com, prolly in july there was an opening for CABIN CREW EXECUTIVE. Its a degree holder position and you have to train as cabin crew and fly as a cabin crew for abt 2 yrs i think, then they will train u to be a trainer. Just keep a lookout for it on their webbie for next opening.

Cabin Crew Execs do not necessarily need previous flight experience to be hired. A basic degree and a personality to match the requirements is all that is needed. Once you are hired, you will be trained as a flight attendant for several months in order to qualify as a trainer. I know a few cabin crew execs who came through this route. Some have gone on to become station managers.

You want to be a Trainer?
Pay your dues.
I love this airline thread.
I've had the opportunity to 'meet' some of you in person when you attend the interviews.
My tip: Don't come across too hard, you end up being stiff. Just take a chill pill and be yourself. If you make it, welcome aboard but if you don't, it is no the end of the world.

Should you be in any way serious; have a good look at what you have written and how you have written it.
