I was thinking this would be useful for people who are going to be undergoing operation. What my mom always say is the snakehead fish doubleboiled with herbs you buy from the chinese medical shops is very good.

if you wanna go the western medicine way then look up sineech, can find lots of talk about it in the "plastic surgery abroad" thread. a simple google will give you lots of info too

if chinese medicine way, then can consider double-boiling "Tian2 Qi1" with lean pork, very good for internal injuries...[/i]

princessli: was at dr Jung's clinic today for my 2nd fat graft on my forehead. he offered to give my nose a shot of steroid to reduce the 'swell' postoperative 10 weeks. But I turned down cos I preferred to let my nose heal beyond 6 months for any revision. Dunno know what steroid terms of effect/conditions etc. You may like to write to him to find out more.

postoperative 10 weeks review with dr Jung after rhinoplasty, fat graft & lower bleph:

lower eyelid- no more eye bags!

fat graft - Nasolabial Fold :still good not so absorbed thus did not inject more today

fat graft - tempers/forehead: better than pre-op but need to fill more

Rhino - agreed to do revision in dec for coverage of nostrils, tip a little slanted towards right did not notice until photo was taken!), and alar to lift higher from side. A little swell on side but refused steroid injection cos i m patient with progress.

2nd fat graft:

my forehed is swelling and i look like some freak with huge forehead!

hopefully, this 2nd graft is good enuf. dr. Jung is so nice, he did not charge me anything today. not even for the GA or medication such as painkillers etc. I paid nothing today juzt transportation to zoom in/out of Seoul
