Feedback on Salary for Associate Director

hey guys, just would like to get your feedback on current salary range for associate director or AVP business development for an investment company? i'm considering an offer, but don't know if salary given is fair enough. Saw 2006 salary surveys in websites, but this might not be reflective already given rising cost of living in SG now.

Very simple.
Basic = Basic
Gross = Basic + Fixed monthly allowances

No need to mention bonus / any variable allowances...
