hi..why don't you read through all the posts in the plastic and surgery overseas thread as I got all my info from there and there is really a lot of info there and can do your homework or research from there then decide. That is what I did and I after reading through everything had my nose job done.

Which surgeon did you go to for your rhinoplasty?

And do you like the results? Such as is the tip refined & small? Did the surgeon just put an implant or did he do also do some other work such as remove fats from the tip, etc?

How much did the surgeon charge?

I went to dr. seah at gleneagles and I only did simple implant as I want a natural look. I would suggest you to go consult a few doctors before deciding cos i think it's important to talk to the doc. who is doing thee surgery for you.
Chose one that you feel comfortable with. I got charged less than $4k plus gst and medicine.
