Rock concerts in Singapore

Has anyone been for a concert (e.g. rock music) in Singapore? I am thinking of going for the Sabbath concert on the 27th of Oct at Fort Canning Park.

Just wondering what the concerts here are like. I have been for a few concerts on my own in the states so would be somewhat OK not to go in a group...or is that not advisable?

Hi

I went to see JET a couple of months back at Fort Canning park and it was great. Not the crowds you would get back home but still good. OK to go on your own, you just stand or sit on the grass.

Long slow line up for drinks and expensive as well but a good night.
