I will be visiting Singapore for 2 weeks, where can I get a good Pay & Talk SIM card (mainly local calls)?

Frankly.. I wouldn't worry about getting any of the above cards. Everywhere sells them. 7-11 sells the starhub ones, and there are tons of handphone shops that carries the other names.

What is the best/cheapest way to obtain a mobile phone and SIM card for short term use(total of 2 weeks only)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
