hi pootie, how did your interview go?

my whole group of girls (6 of us) did not make it through the first round. the previous group before us was 10 guys and only one made it through.

qn: if you had a million dollars, what will you do with it?

lovelorn, 2 other new friends and i will be going back for the walk-in this 20th oct. ;)

ha! i was there waiting with 7 other girls in my group and all 7 of us walked out!! one of them is currently a cabin crew with JAL! man.. i really dunno wat they are looking for.. we saw some trainee girls and seriously we were all shocked.. one looks like an auntie and one is really very chubby... seriously one neednt worry abt bad skin or such as the girls didnt have good skin either! some look fat and some dont look pretty at all... seriously, for all the hopefuls, no worries abt how u look! cos the girls and i cant figure out wat they are looking for after scrutinising all of them.... ok im not eating sour grapes, im just speaking from experience.. i hope all who are interested, do chase after ur dream.. :)

by the way, be prepared to wait.. we were there at 2.30pm (appointment time) n we finished at 5.30pm... we waited for 2hrs 45mins for a 10mins group interview....

when we returned our passes and got our I/Cs back, the friendly security guard asked us how our interview went. told him that we all failed (my whole group) and he this was what he said, "last week, 287 came for the interview, and only 3 got in."

Nothing unusual, shows how much thinking you need to do before hand.

Did anyone here get through? I got in for the final interview next monday, just hope I don't get kicked out otherwise it's 2 wasted trips!

Personally I feel that for the group interview, they want to test your speaking ability and your confidence. I felt that I gave a really generic answer to the million dollar question.

The kebaya test - Think they wanna see if you look proportionate not just slim/skinny. If I'm not wrong, they want you to have nice curves and waist too?..

The individual interview was the tougher one I felt, you had to read a passage aloud and she throw me about 8-10 questions! Thankfully, she was really nice and friendly!

Hope that helped, good luck to those who're going for the walk-in!

btw when they asked you about the million dollar question, did you first give an brief intro about yourself first before answering the question? or just answered the question directly?

I gave a brief introduction about myself before answering the group question. There were some girls who gave long answers which I felt was not needed actually. Just give a short and sweet answer!

1 to 1 - Why do you want to join SIA? Why qualities do you have that other girls do not have? Tell me more about yourself...

Very generic questions actually, can't really judge what kinda qualities are they looking for..

Babe,
I'm not in yet! Haha.. -prays hard-

I gave my self intro first and I went into what I'll do with the money. My answer was that I'll give some to charity and bring my dad for a holiday break and the rest of the money, I'll use it for self defence classes!
;)
