Hi Salvana,
sorry for the late reply, seldom come online these days
Training's been good, the people (trainers & fellow trainees) i've met were motivating and really nice. SIA is a very good company to work for too, they truly have excellent staff welfare.
I'm hoping it's a good sign the company is doing well, that's why they're holding more frequent recruitments.

I guess athough SIA needs people, it is still imperative for them to uphold the stringent selection process.
hm.. i'm not too sure if the interviewers have a definite fixed checklist. But through the almost 3 months i've been with my batch, i've discovered many of them possess at least one of the following qualities

- confidence & able to communicate well
- experience in customer service
- good social skills
- passion for service & delighting customers/passengers
- talents & skills (e.g. dance)
- leadership background (e.g. officer in army)
- good academic results
Thank you for your encouragement, i really appreciate it!

I sincerely believe that with determination and passion, you will be able to achieve any dream you want. Please do not give up dear, i found this quote online, hope it will encourage you too.
"If one dream should fall and break into a thousand pieces, never be afraid to pick one of those pieces up and begin again. ~Flavia Weedn"
All the best!
