I have to admit I just can't bear to part with the foods I enjoy as well as being partial to the guiness can and have the extra baggage to show for it. :oops:

However, recently Channel4 here in the UK has produced a program featuring how to cook what you like without the fattening ingredients thereby more than halving the calories in some instances. See what you think;

I saw the link.. do you think it works? I mean wat is gd food without fats and oils.... I tried vegetarian stuff at times and it doesn't taste as good..

hmm, won't work for me cause i can't cook, sadly. maybe i should pick up cooking

Well put it this way the women in the program who like you and me like certain foods that help you gain weight tried it and were happy enough. Even better after a few weeks they dropped a dress size. No need to compare it with vegetarian stuff (my feelings are the same).
