Oh I already googled it and checked out that link! But for some reason it says the zip file is corrupted! :(

What anti-virus are you using? I have downloaded the suggested zip without any problem, however that's on a mac, will try on my laptop in a moment. Should the need arise PM your e-mail and maybe I can send it to you.

Downloaded and extracted on my other machine no problem. You could try the registry but you would need to be very careful.

Before doing anything on your Windows registry, you can back-up the registry. Here's the link on how to do the back-up:

Thanks people!! Successfully downloaded. Initially I cudnt get rid of the bug, but suddenly it's gone. No idea how and why! But happy to see it gone. Thanks a bunch!!

im late to this tread but just my 5 pounds of flax for reference...

you can do all that explained here (risking all your info and stuff) or get rid of the root problem and use linux.
