When is the price going down?

OMG the property rent is increasing again and again. Holy crap, when will it be going down? Someone predicted that the price is going down soon. Someone also believed that the things happened at 1997 is going to re-play soon. $1000 for HSB aaarrrgh. Based on the law of Supply and Demand, it almost reaches the highest demand. So i think in a few months the demand will be low and the supply will definitely high. I hope i can rent a condo with 500 bucks hahahahahaha.

Since there are more than 200,000 foreign workers, won't it take couple of months for the high number of covid cases to come down? Theoretically...
