Lipoma (Lump) Removal In Singapore

Hi,

I have a large benign lump on my back and have read that rather than getting it cut out which will leave me with a big scar, that having it removed by liposcution would greatly reduce the scarring. Does anyone know of a good place in Singapore to do this as I've not read great feedback about getting stuff done here? Would I be better waiting until I go back to the UK?
