Is the property prices listed on the site real market prices

I can believe the prices have gone up that much. It is more than double of what we saw last April????

Rentals or sales?!? I think I have seen posts on the board where people who have gone to rent have said the price "guides" are too low, not too high!

Former keppel site will house 6,000 HDB flats...I am sure the prices will be very high and MOP is likely to be min 10 years...Looks like home prices...
