THerefore, I dunno whats going on!!
Ya, they said letter was sent out. Today night I check my letter box first then inform you again. They said different story, I think they already frustrated since received many calls. Anywhere, maybe u have chance. So we have to wait for the letter. I sure got no chances already. But that day I spoke my name to her, she could answer to me very fast inhesitately.

I dunno anyone else who went for the interview. I sat for the test at 1pm, and only2 other guys then. Well, since you didn't receive any letter, I guess it means you haven't been rejected?
Comparing CIAS,SATS N CAAS..all 3 have different pay structures.. usually i find that SATS n CIAS doesnt pay too well.. I was with CAAS ...they are good..however now a recruitment agency has taken over their recruitments..if you are interested ..you can call P-Serv Employment agency and look for Hadi ,..he is in charge of the airport CSO Post.. cheers !! I know they have transport provided and pay at least $ 2000+ now
The pay might seem attractive to some but chances are high that you will regret once you join P-Serv. Majority of the CSO like almost 95% are foreigners and there is a 1 year bond with benefits like 7 days Annual leave, 10 days MC and the 13th month bonus depending on performances. And not to mention that annual leave will be pro-rated which means after confirmation, the AL one can take is 0.5 day per month. The most ridiculous issue is that penatly will be levied for each Unpaid leave or MC (max 2 MCs per month) on top of the daily deduction, which is $20 for the first occassion, $40 for the second and subsequently $60. Any leave taken before confirmation including MC will be penalised too.

As for the working hours, it's split into 2 shifts - 4 days morning shift 6am -330pm and afternoon shift 3pm to 12am. True that transport will be provided except for the return trip for morning shift but reporting early is always a MUST and therefore the pickup time can be almost 2 hours before work time and there will be briefing after work which can end 1 hour later than the normal working hours which can easily total up to be more than 12 hours.

Lastly, another absurb issue about this agency is their management. Feedbacks and employee welfares from the CSOs are usually ignored, break time are allocated at the wierdest hours, new standards being set every now and then, audits conducted including grooming for blue/green eyeshadow with obvious RED lipstick (to match the uniform) every day. Failure to comply will result in warning and fine. Maternity leave is not part of the benefits, and the management of the agency actually refused early termination for a few soon-to-be mother unless they are willing to pay the penatly charges for the bond.

Every issue there concerns penatly and the salary received every month is never without discrepency. And yes, I'm still working there due to the bond. Counting down to the days to my tendering date, really can't wait to leave! I'm speaking from experience and most of the ladies there are pending to quit too not because of the jobscope but due to the poor management by the agency.

Of course, all the above is only my personal opinion and just for sharing. So, if you love meeting people over the world and have a flair for customer service, I'm pretty sure P-serv would love to recruit you (partly due to the high turnover rate because the bond for the first batch of CSOs is almost due)! Good luck!

ahahhahahah i know P-serv sucks. I cant really remember about the penalties and all that as I was there 3 years ago. Anyways ,yeah the make up audit is to make sure you look good. I loved the job but somehow, I didnt like the thing about being on Standby when it was the off day.

They tend to need more foreigners because of the language thing. As for me when I resigned before completing my contract, I was pregnant and walking around in heels gave me lots of backache and that time ,they still wanted me to do night shift. The darn office was so bloody cold. :???:

SO I tendered my resignation and told P- Serv that if they need me to pay them 1 month salary, I am going to report them to MOM ..hahaha ..so i got away with it.

Furthermore, the permanent staff there are not very friendly.but I thought now P-serv is doing the management more professionally.I might be wrong but this lady ,I cant remember her name ,told me that now they are taking care of the CSO's. she is based in the airport office. I think Lynn.
Always have a smile on that face!

Her? Taking care of CSO's welfare? NO way! This will be the biggest joke in the office. There isnt any maternity leave and here we have a few pregnant ladies and 1 in her 7th- 8th month and unable to quit yet due to the contract unless she pay the penatly charges as stated by her. Lately, a lot of girls were issued penatly charges like $50 each although we were told by P-serv it's issued by CAAS. And not to mention that her face is black MOST of the time yet constantly reminding the CSOs to put on the smile at all time. But overall the job is fine but when it comes to management, they are definately NOT professional.

I applied for an executive position. It was through a walk-in interview so maybe you want to KIV the website for notices of recruitment in future.
