Where to find Korean grocery store in Singapore?

Postby Jelly Bean » Thu, 16 Aug 2007 1:47 pm

Hi there. I would like to know where can I find a Korean grocery store or shops that sell Korean cooking ingredients? Heard from my Singaporean friends mentioned heaps of Korean restaurants in SG but the grocery store is unheard of..... Anyone know pls share with me. Thank you!

JB, You may try calling Seoul Plaza Trading Pte Ltd, 20 North Canal Road (closed proximity to Boat Quay/Raffles Place) Tel: 6538 9802 to find out.

Nowadays, getting more and more Korean supermart in Singapore. So it isn't difficult to get one in here.

Other than above mentioned, if you stayed around east, you may look for Korean mart at Lower Ground Fllor @ Parkway Parade. Just newly opened.

China Town also have one. Not sure its called China Plaza? Most Korean people like be there for Noreabang. :)

SOL MART at Square II (Novena MRT) #03-06

SEOUL PLAZA TRADING at 20 North Canal Road (Raffles Place MRT)

SEOUL MART at Parkway Parade #B1-84A (beside Cold Storage)

Among above 3 shops, I prefer "SOL MART" at Novena MRT. They are friendly and more variety as compared with the other 2.

Hope this helps...... :D
