apparently Condo rentals have a min. rent set by this site

apparently Condo rentals have a min. rent set by this site

I looks like condo rental prices found on this site have a minimum price now determined by this website??? Does this mean there are no more condos at less than 2K? or is this site not allowing any condos as less that 2K to advertise here?

I doubt that they are only listing above certain prices but I would also doubt that you can find a condo in Singapore ANYWHERE for less than $2500 what with the current renting frenzy Singapore is experiencing. HDB Flats are renting for $1800-2500 now.
