Which restaurant has the best view of Singapore (must be classy)? Prefer rotating room, but I'm flexible

Top of Maritus Mandarin Hotel has rotating restaurant

Better view Try Equinox at Swissotel tallest hotel but no rotating

Food passe though :!:

Top of the M definitely no. 1 choice.

Food top notch, by the time you finish your meal, you would have rotated one round.

View not too bad I must say.

yes Lisa, it's a kind of a leveller ....that's why I support exams... often rich/secure pupils crack up in exams...that's the point isn't it...?
