WAH, mine very jialat leh. Should i do it again, the judge (if it's the same judge) gonna kill me for sure. Cause same excuse cannot use twice right? (faint) ... "thinking" why do i keep fainting? hmm ... i think i need more vitamins

Sounds like discrimination to me; being acquitted, if I am not mistaken, means you were declared innocent of the charges made against you.

The quote was from SIA application form. True, yet they still require every single detail.

Yes, if you have a criminal record, it is going to be very difficult. Especially when you need to apply for security pass from airport police and background checks. For some airlines they may require you to get a CNCC - Certificate of No Criminal Conviction. I am not sure whether spent exactly qualifies for that.

ask the agency that issued the warning letter how that warning appears on your record or how it is classified. tell them you want to be accurate in filling out forms.
