Is anyone familiar with the location of Sinaran Drive..? Is it a very noisy area with traffic?

Hi Abbby,
It is just besides Novena Square and Tan Tok Seng Hospital so you can expect some noise level there, but Soleil @ Sinaran looks very nice.
Btw, I heard that the public launch will be this Thursday. I will be there distributing my namecards (offering home loans) in the carpark. If you happen to see me, just feel free to give me a shout.

We walked past the site last week and it does look quite nice. The location's very convenient, too.
Had a good laugh at the artist's illustration of the building which shows clear unblocked views on all sides... when actually, the site is surrounded by buildings - condos, Novena Square, Tan Tock Seng, and another building about to start construction.
Sinaran is slightly off the main road so it should at least be quieter than being on Thomson or Moulmein.
