Hi
does anyone know much about the Waterina
condo in district 14. Looks to be quite reasonably priced in the current climate, so what's the catch?
Bad locaation for family with schools & shopping far away? Come on, someone put me out of misery here as the pics look fab.

Hi, What are the price they are giving you? I remeber 6 month ago they were asking 2500 per month for a 2bed room.
I checked the place myself and the place looks new. However I be told the area is close to geylang(red light district). Now I am living in the Butterworth and it also very close to geylang if you see from map. We have some expat here too. For school, if I remeber it right ETON and Korean
International School in walking distance
Hope this helps.

Condos beside MRT with malls are super ex!
You may get the convenience but usually crowded and not a peaceful living environment.
