Which Telecom is best for Overseas calls charges?

Post by littleprincess » Mon, 06 Aug 2007 4:13 pm

I will be outstation to Japan and USA for business purposes and is currently lost in whether to change my current Starhub subscription to Singtel or MI to save some cost on overseas call, IDD charges as well as overseas sms.

Went to the various telecom websites to view the plans and rates offered but pretty lost in the information provided. :???:

Anyone can share their experience or knowledge?

roaming is always a way for those telecom companies to make more money, so you'd be better off getting a prepaid line where you're going, especially if you'll be there for some time and would be making a lot of calls. other options would be to just buy a call card, or, if you're bringing a laptop, get a headset and then buy skype credits.
