wanted to educate myself regarding after-school enrichment programs in Singapore - are they popular and if so, is there a demand for qualified after-school mentors?

is anyone familiar with a current after-school robotics or technology program, as that is my area of expertise.

From what I have read posted by others the answer is yes but if you are applying from abroad forget it. Singapore, as far as I can gather already has a large pool of foreign teachers.
