The last company I worked for, I had two attempts before being accepted; the interviewer remembered only too well. Personally I think it is more a case of the applicant getting his or her act together (i.e. look at yourself and see where you went wrong and consider whether or not you really are suitable).

Talk about 'barking up the wrong tree!' As I said earlier good/bad is not the issue; they have criteria written or otherwise; in simple terms you failed to match what they deem necessary or suitable.

The reason they have 6months is because they wan the pp to forget you....and especially what you said. Coz if we get to mgmt round again and get put up w/ the same interviewers, they will surely rmber us. At the same time, the 6months is for us to improve ourselves....
oh haha you've got a point there :D
anyway ive emailed them already. they replied this:

Dear Ms Ng,

If you possess keen interest in the position of flight stewardess,
please re-apply no sooner than 6 months as advised.
You may wish to take the opportunity to gather relevant experience and
skills which may aid you in
interviews.
Thank you for your interest in SIA.

SIA Cabin Crew Recruitment

so oh well. lets wait then :)

Just go and get the experience.

They have shortlisted you, meaning that they see something in you. Would you want to prove them wrong by just not turning up?
