It is not a ban but a
deferment, if they didn't have it people who are unsuitable and always will be would come back and simply lumber them with unnecessary work.

No, there are candidates who are suitable from the first interview. Why should the airline waste it's time re-interviewing people who may not be suitable after several attempts? A question of simple economics, deferment means an applicant should have a good look at themselves and
prepare for the next time around.

but this lady in charge said that its something that we've said wrong.. if they really think that we're bad, they will tell us what went wrong..
so how come we cant be given a chance to try all over again?

I think those who fail at mgmt round, they don't want to see the similar people so fast...
i think that's beacuse they wanna give chances to people who have not been to mgmt round before...
so it's fair for all ba... well i dun know.. even you question them, i doubt they will answer ur qns

i asked my fren bout the 6months thingy and she told me many companies are like that. The reason they have 6months is because they wan the pp to forget you....and especially what you said. Coz if we get to mgmt round again and get put up w/ the same interviewers, they will surely rmber us. At the same time, the 6months is for us to improve ourselves....

Wakey wakey starie! Not a case of thinking you are bad; what she meant was your answers are not what they are looking for and you
are getting a chance to try again the stipulation being in six months time.

The last company I worked for, I had two attempts before being accepted; the interviewer remembered only too well. Personally I think it is more a case of the applicant getting his or her act together (i.e. look at yourself and see where you went wrong and consider whether or not you really are suitable).

what starie meant was , if we had really done/said something bad, they would have told us. However, ours wasn't
that bad datz why they did not tell us wad is it we said/done wrong...
