I doubt so. There is no way anyone can swim breast-stroke as the life jacket will make anyone float on their back with face up. Oh, I'm from RTRC Asia (A pte school). It's with Ngee Ann Poly for the Dip in Early Childhood course. Which poly are you from?? cos as far as i know, SP does provide - Certification Letter for Successful Completion of Course (F.O.C) . ..
