It seems like in my company, they practice favourtism towards employment of new staff being females.

My boss favours engaging females to the jobs, proven fact: our staff are mainly females....( i am in the sales industry) and boss is always favouring them!! I feel so left out - its so unfairrr...

why is there such a sex discrimination in sg?
