Horse riding in Singapore

Post by phoebe08 » Mon, 30 Jul 2007 4:07 pm

Hello there,
I was wondering whether anyone can help me get into horse riding here in Singapore. I am an experienced rider, have attended many years of riding school and owned my own horse. If you know a good school or even better, if you know anyone who owns a horse and would like someone to take care of it/ exercise it, please let me know.

hei guess what

Hi there,

I am also an experienced rider and have left my three beautiful NZ thoroughbreds at home. I was wondering if you have checked out the riding schools above?

Let me know as I am really interested in doing some riding over here as well.

Thanks :)

hello, I am not super experienced horse rider, but I've been riding horse since when I was 15, but it has been on and off due to relocation. I have been to the rider's lodge for over night, was really nice. I have never tried others, but i assume most of the places in SG requires membership. If anyone intersted, or know any good place to take lessons, please let me know. I am more than happy to join!

Hi,

I checked http://www.singaporepoloclub.org/indexmain.htm and it looks like you don't have to be a memeber to ride/get lessons.

I have couple of American Quarter Horses and an Arabian. I've ridden western all my life so I was thinking about going for the introductory classes myself..

My daughter goes to Gallop stable - she loves it. No membership fees but they only have ponies so not suitable for adults.

i'm currently looking to take up horse riding @ Singapore Polo Club and am looking if there's anybody willing to sell their charter/individual membership? Tks!

Btw, hfan, i was a term member at bukit timash saddle club for 2yrs. It was a great experience and i never regretted it. Am going to continue riding but with a lifetime membership this time round. What other questions fo you have?
