btw... the gym looked ok, but its far from where i live. i would prefer that it would be in Orchard, actually.. im in IB so i don't think i have time. And also the only classes were between 7-8 pm which isn't ideal...

thx for all your replies guys!

when u spar, i believe u will have some minor bruised, am i correct?
but when just training, ie shadow boxing, skip-rope, mitz, speedball, and eavy bags, you develop speed power, coordination, and explosive strength.. this is great as a workout i think...

Hi Ciaral,

Of course women can join too! I have a friend who is doing it. I'm waiting for the gym to be up so I can start too!

Yes, kummi is right...when you spar, you will get bruises..but so far, the boys have been gentle...hehehehe...It is a great total body workout. Not only that you are required to box per se - but you will also be required to train up your stamina, meaning, you would need to run and/or skip in each sesssion. Of course, aside from that, you can also do your own crunches, swimming, etc. I would definitely recommend doing so.

If you guys want to be clued in on when the gym is up, you can either send me a private message here or write me at [email protected].

Cheers!
HM
