Hello....

Read your post. Dont be so sad. I can fully understand how you are
feeling right now. Its just that we cant take it that how come there
are such people who cant talk or present well. But yet they are even
manage to get selected. Its so unfair to the rest of the people.
I have to agree with you. Its true that Silkair do select quite a lot of
either malay or indonesia.

You will seldom get to see chinese people being select. Though it will
get select. But quite rare and not so much. You are right. Even we
our ownself dont even know what went wrong with us? How are we
going to reflect ourself? Even if we keep on going for different
interview and yet still didnt get in.

There's no point of wasting our time.

i ever heard before there's diz gal who tried at least 20 times before gettin into sq. so cn imagine hw long she has actually waited. like wat the energizer ad says.. "never say die". so dun gif up if diz job is really wat u wan. den dun regret aft gettin wat u wan. coz i've diz sayin.. "nv regret wat u've already done.. only regret wat u shld hv done bt not done". so itz ok to fail.. take it as a lesson to be learnt. learn from ur mistakes and do well next time w/o makin the same mistakes. and one day u will be able to fly like others.

the thing is that i dont even know what mistakes ive made...

for those who are not selected this time round, dont be sad ok? cos from what i know silk air will be recruiting again very soon.. they need a lot of new crew.. so do prepare your self..
silk air not particularly chose malay or indonesian.. in fact i am the first indonesian who are selected.. as their destination goes to indonesia, they need malay speaking for the announcement, but they also goes to china u know? that means chinese gilrs also in demand! dont worry just prepare for the interview, be humble during the interview and keep smiling *your smile is very important* dun forget your interview start rite after you enter the building. u never know who are the people around you.. they might be one of the interviewer.. they are everywhere and they are watching u.. your behavior.. the way u speak with others,and your smile.. trust me this are important!

hihi...yup..understand what you mean...haiz...i dont know now...maybe i don have what it takes to be a flight attendant?thats why they rejected me 2 times...

im so tempted to try again...but you know...im kind of hesitant coz im really afaird that they will kick me out @ first round.i have a feeling that they will remember me coz i kept seeing the same people again n again...haha...the feeling will be so sad...

hey watz up!! Be Cool and Cheerz up!! Dnt be so sad...i did cried out last few days too..keep on thinking..where did i did wrong...

hey why dont we call thm up this monday...and ask thm>> why didnt we get selected for the mgmnt round...and ask them for the reason so that we could have time to upgrade and improve ourself for the future interview..

i feel hopeless and useless at the 1st time too..but when i think it back..if this is what we REALLY REALLY REALLY want..God will fullfills our dreamz, one day...but if it was'nt for us there must be a reason..God might dnt want us to feel regret after we join the company..we wont know what would happen, if we were already stay longer in the company...we are happy or not??...

There were always have the reason behind all these suffering...just the matter whether we can accept it, with our open heart...hopefully u dnt 'give up' so soon...please keep on trying..and show to them u are not going to be a 'looser' after all...but at the same time we need to progress ourselves... So we cant give up easily u guys can just decide to do other things for time being just to get yaslf release frm all this stress and sadness, and also u guys can also take up any some skills / courses just to improve n upgrade yaslf, who knows if this what u want and it will be grant. u know that silk air's staff is only about 700 people included cabin crew and admin staff... so if u went for the previous interview, yes they will remember u.. dun worry is good if they still remember you.. all you have to do during your next interview is that u have to impress them.. show them that u improve.. maybe the way you do your introduction..

first few round are very important... most of silk air staff including the manager cabin crew will attend the first round.. so u all must jia you! haha try to impress them.. u never know maybe one of the interviewer will be your trainer.. your future trainer is very important.. if she like the first impression of u, she will want u to be her batch girl...
soooo like wat i said SMILE, BE HUMBLE AT ALL TIMES..
the way u dress also very important at least be presentable la..
u dun have to be pretty to be a cabin crew.. cos this is not a modeling competition rite!? just be confident
