Can expats or Tourist use Gym in Singapore Sports Council

Hi Everyone,
I'm an australian. i'll be travelling to Singapore for a month and I'm just wondering can I use the gym at the singapore sports council? I tried looking up the gym at Safra and apparently it's for Singaporeans only

Yes, SSC facilities are open to all.

Even if retail shops are allowed to open but borders are still closed, I do think tourist shops could be looking into selling other stuff otherwise...
