Hi All, I went for interview this morning. They said they will start calling after lunch, anyone has receive their call?
For me i didn't fare very well. Very basic & simple question like "what is good customer service?" i also cannot answer well. I do have the answer in mind but at that moment i was so nervous till i everything went blank. Anyway it was a good experience.

the pay is horribly low, there were quite a number of people at the interview. the questions they asked are so standard and unflexible.
1) if its my first time here in sg where will you bring me?
2) what would you describe as good customer service?
3) how are you going to keep in contact with your family and friends whilst being away for long periods of time?
then the interviewer will ask if you've any questions. they had two piles of resumes stacked - right side: NO, left side: YES. then they'll tell you to wait for the call and come back for the next round.
pay is shit, dont know why so many people dont mind though. i rather join silkair.

Hi All
I just came back fm my 2nd interview with Jetstar International today.
Selected after the morning session and went through another round of interview before completing the swimming test.
Was "informed" by the CSM that once u've gone thru this whole process, u can pretty much "confirm" yourself to be Jetstar's crew, pending medical n security check though. Is tis true?
Has anyone been selected before in the earlier batch? What was the process and how long must I wait for their call/ email?
Thanks!

Hi rhysb, i think there will be about 50/50 chance of being eliminated. We asked one of the manager and she was saying they are recruiting about 30 for the Oct batch. And keeping about 20 for reserve.

^^i agree with you..
Pay is low! I was expecting a sum of probably 2,500 and above cos of the layover allowances and such.. but 25k annually is really low for 120 hours you clock in.
For others, probably its the experience they want and not the money. I respect their decision though.

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.
