my bf is kinda supportive of me keep trying and get it.. we are together for 2&half yrs i was wondering if he's not afraid of me getting a better catch.. (it's very seductive in this industry) meeting many crews and even passengers.. but he said it's a challenge for us

maybe he can get a better catch then.. haha no lah.. he meant that he will be damn proud if he had a cabin crew gf.. it's kind of a 'honour' for guys..

don't really know what are they thinking.. lol

Yeah I was asking some of my guy friends if it is a status thing for them to say that their GF is a cabin crew. And most of them agreed with me. It definitely raises their "ability" I guess. Famous by association?

Thanks Moonstone for your reply. Coz i tot of asking them about the KL recruitment so i can roughly expect when to make adequate preparations

go all out this coming interview and proof to the guys who doubt our passion and abilities we have.i know we can make it.hopefully the coming one shall be our lucky day.
my bf havnt all supportive as well and there are issues going on because of what i aspire to be.so the more determine i am to be a fa.so go!go!go!

keke... whether supportive or not i should say it's something that YOU want it so go for it!!! dun coz of ur bf and sacrifice your dream...

IT"S NOT WORTH IT!!! if it's what you want, if your bf loves you enough should have stand beside you and support you and not argue with you...

Men.

I recently lost my bf as well because of this. But the reason is very weird. He wanted me to be a crew badly. Partly because his ex is one, his best fren's wife is one and another fren of his is a steward too. Pisses me off to no end. Was upset coz it felt he was comparing me. I didnt wanna try at all!

But now, since he's no longer with me, my reason to wanna be one is now different, coz it's not of pressure, but coz i wanna do this for myself. I know the benefits of working in this line.

We shall all work very hard to get where we want ya. Good Luck All!!

Yeah, we'll all try our very best!! The venue is not confirmed yet, but keep checking the SIA website, hopefully they'll put it up soon.
