Anybody knows where to shop for "smoking paraphenalia"?
Is there any Smoke shop or Head shop here?

There's a shop on the ground floor of Suntec City Mall that sells pipes and tobacco. I can't recall the name of the shop though. Nothing dodgy of course.

I heard that at the airport we can purchase ciagrettes that are colourful, does anyone know where ican buy it asides from the Duti Free ?
