Lucky Tower en-bloc

Just moved into Spring Grove, next to Lucky Tower.
Love the place but kow it's gonna get noisy.
Any info on when the demolition is ue to start?

Lucky Tower was sold Dec 06 so it can be anything from Sep to year end before the noise begins. I'm almost certain the developer will want to sell the new units by year end to capitalise on the bullish market, and that'd mean some form of semblance of the place being torn down will begin around then.

Good luck.. some folks from near the claymore are upset with the construction work that's been going around the clock...
