It depends on where you intend to stay. Where will it be?

Hi everyone with little babies...(and toddlers)

I have posted about this group before... there is an East Coast mummies (and daddies) group that meet up weekly for baby sessions, coffee, toys etc etc and separately for toddler groups.

JULY 2007 - East Coast Mums' Support Group

http://groups.google.com/group/ECM-Support-Group

You need to register with the group first. Members often have second hand things for sale etc and it's free to join. I've only been once but that's because my son was a bit too old for the toddler groups. I will probably start going in a few months when my daughter is born :)

Take care
Amelia

Hi! I have a baby boy thats almost 4 months old. I came to Singapore to give birth and spent all the time just waiting and mostly alone since my husband had to travel alot for work. Now I just came back and we have decided to try and settle down here for now. It would be nice to make friends in similar circumstances - not working and have a young baby and preferably in the same area for convenience.

Sorry for posting here, but this is actually a reply to "movingsoon" who PMed me last week. I tried replying, but also got the error message saying I can't use PM until I have more posts. How many posts do I need to write to use PM anyway???

If you're still checking this thread, do you mind PMing me your private email address as I can't use PM here?

I live just across the street from you, and I'd love to meet up for coffee some time!

Hi magic8, most of us had the same problem with the PM thing. But I think you have to do 5 posts for it to get enabled.

Which area do you live? I'm at the Mt Elizabeth area. I also have a 4 month old boy. I came to Singapore to give birth so was here for about 5 months. Now we are here to stay. Im a SAHM and it would be nice to get to know ladies with similiar aged babies.

You can MSN/email me at [email protected] if you are interested in becoming friends.
