We are looking at renting at the Twin Regency apartments near the Tiong Bahru MRT station and are looking for any advice or information anyone can provide about the apartments or the area.

not a bad area... near town and near amenities

I've been in TR for a week. Nice block. Can't tell you much about the area yet but there's a FairPrice in the Plaza and a wet market down the road. Only drawback is the condo under construction right next door but you get that everywhere.
