Nope :???:

I already make it very clear that I need a working partner, it mean I need someone hands on.

Thanks for your reply, I like that... Anyway it's on my planning stage not launch yet... so it wont have any websites for that PET shop yet.

So sad that so far I only have all sleeping parters, no one seem to be interested in working or hands on  Are you interested?

It would be useful to clarify what you mean by partner. For example, you want a "hands on" person. An hourly employee could solve this problem.

So:

a) Is your partner expected to make an investment?
b) Will this be an actual partnership agreement?
c) Will the partner be paid or will he/she rely upon profits only?
d) What will the division of labor be concerning the actual operations of the business and the back office?

The way I see it, people who invest money and run the business would want the lion's share of the profits. A valid question is: What do you bring to the table? Someone who could fund a pet shop would not need a partner. On the other hand, if you are funding it, why would you want a partner instead of an employee.

Dear Eagle,

I need to answer to all your questions here:

a) Is your partner expected to make an investment? Yes, if not as you say I better go and get a employee instead a partner, right?
b) Will this be an actual partnership agreement? That's have depends on what my partner needs... All will be on table in BLACK & WHITE.
c) Will the partner be paid or will he/she rely upon profits only? I am afriad that oso need partner to come out with an answer, my planning is yes... be paid then profit...
d) What will the division of labor be concerning the actual operations of the business and the back office? Both have to agree in actual operations of biz and back office, we are partners so I cant be the one calling the shot or he/she can do that...
