Probably in Raffles Place around Change Alley, There used to be a place on the bridge, but it's probably moved downstairs, if the building works have started.

Otherwise the data transfer watches are still sold in most watch outlets, and I have seen them in the computer and hardware shop also in change alley area were all the money changers are!
