If your qualifications are accepted in Singapore, this may give you an advantage. However, all that matters is the demand for people in your caliber in Singapore. If some companies are searching for people with your qualifications, you have a chance. Getting EP is a process to be handled by the company which wants to employ you. But if you want to get an EPEC and search for a job after that, you may or may not be granted an EPEC. If I were you, I would seek job positions in Singapore related to your field. Forum members can't help you that much unless they work in the same field as you are. Try checking out websites with job postings.
Good luck.
With my kind regards
