Is this considered as a good pay?
It's on the higher side of reasonable. Not great, by no means bad.
Also, how long does it take to get a PR? 6 months or 3 months. Need to know this.
Nobody can give you a firm answer on that. Some people get it in a month, some people can't get in a year.
My decision to move also depends on my husband getting a job transfer (he works in a bank) and moving with me. If i get a PR, will my husband automatically get a PR as a dependent. Then, will it be easy for him to find a job. Or, will it be difficult.
He will not get PR, but he can apply for LTSVP. Finding jobs in Singapore is generally tough (see the stickies), but banks are a pretty good sector to be in right now, so there's definitely hope if he's got skills.
