Sure sounds like an advertising pitch to me. Your first post and you are asking questions about an "up and coming" agency. Then you want to know if they are reliable or not? If you weren't quite so dense you would realize that you gave yourself away. It would be rather hard to be up and coming if unreliable wouldn't it.
