Anyone can advise if I want to buy and sell a trademark product from Thailand, what is the document needed as a distributor in Singapore.
I email the Thailand product real proprietor, and he gave me a "Declaration" letter stating that he is the owner and registered the products covering goods and services.
So, beside that document, I belived is not enough, right??
Thank you for your help.

It should be enough to do a check on the trademark ownership, at the patent office, if he has not yet registered the patent or trademark, it doesn't matter, so much, if there is infringement you will be asked to stop selling immediatly until the matter is resolved, between whoever is challenging the ownership rights. The letter you have should add weight to the fact, you did all that was needed to get authorisation.
you can request if the letter is sufficient, make sure you do this in writing, rather than just phoning!
