PAY AT SILK AIR AND TIGER

Hi Guys!I'm currently working at Air-Seychelles as cabin crew.As my wife will be moving to singapore to work,I intend to apply with Silk Air and Tiger.Can anyone please tell me how much do they pay-i mean basic plus allowance etc.?
