Is there any reliable statistics out there on how much housing rentals have increased during the past year in the prime districts? Word on the street is that it is about 50 pct over the past two years, but is there any data to verify this?
Thanks for any help!

I do not have any statistic on this... But just for an example, mine is at District 10... and it increased by 52% in 1 yr.
