lipo
Hi all, so i registred LOL just to be able to post here...
anyway...this summer i will be in Asia. Thinking of dr Nara
want lipo on a lot of areas...
Now i have understood sofar (came till page 20 still have the rest to read)
- that it is around 10.000 bahth per area (really good...normally it would be around 50.000 baht per area here where i live)
- does anyone knwo what technique he used on the body lipo? old fashioned, tumescent or is vaser also possible?
- i understood he does 1 area per day??? How does that work? I mean you will be swollen also in the area next to what he has treated the other day?? Or will it work out fine? I believe princess had 3 areas done? How are you?
- can it be only local anethetic? also with more areas?- How long need i stay there after the last treatment of lipo?
I don't mind getting the aftergarment myself , i know where to order.
would you reccomend to do different things all at once? Sometimes i think about a little eyebrow lift, that would make my face more open. Does he do that? How long need i stay there after the treatment?
all these questions because i travel in the summer there but not want to spend all my time in HatYai...and so i need to plan the right way to do this

GA does not necessarily means traditional lipo what...
OK, let me try to clarify this- technically (and briefly, w/o having series of lectures), what nara uses is not GA (General anesthesia). In a real GA, the anesthetist will insert a tube down ur trachea to help u breath while u r unconscious. A person in GA is less conscious less one in coma, but more than one who is dead. that's why u'll need the tube to breath and the anesthetist will have to watch ur vitals, and after surgery, sometimes they have to use an "antidote" to wake u up..to reverse the "coma" state.
I believe what nara uses is strong LA with heavy sedation intravenously, that's why some of u can wake up in the middle of it, but awake enough to walk out soon after, one can't do this in real GA. probably the term GA was used to explain to patients more easily? maybe.
traditional will require real GA, as the doc will suck out the fats by force, ie. dry method, w/o expanding and constricting the blood vessels with epinephrine in saline.
in newer methods such as smart-lipo and vaser, the docs will use the similar anesthesia as nara, ie. strong LA (eg lidocaine) with heavy sedation intravenously.
personally, i had vaser done at a local PS clinic for saddlebags, i had swelling and brusing for a month at least. the result was so so only, i prefer the siloutte of my hip/thigh before, and i paid $3500 for it. it's all down to the doc's skills and experience, not just the method itself. wish i knew abt nara earlier, can "zhng" my whole body there already.

btw, how is <lazy> doing? gone back to tokai to revise? hope everything fine with the nose tip...

hey daybreakk, at first i thought my chin slanded to the left too, but now it's ok already. maybe ur chin will get even in another month's time. it's got to do with the direction the implant was inserted in. if doc was sitting on ur right when he did it, then the left side will look more swollen.
well, at least this is what i was told when i had my first nose implant inserted in that JB clinic. that my left looked higher than the right from 3/4, cos it was inserted from the right nostril.

thanks sha0m, about the anesthetic stuff
well i like the hips contour also, but not the bellyfat, so i would wanna do especially upper body stuff, do upper belly, lower belly, waist and sides of my hips (wanna make a latin bumm lol), then i do think my saddlebags do need some work...and there would still be some fat in the legs inner and outherthighs...but well can't do all at once so i will be very happy when the belly would be gone.
i still wanna know about the rest of the questions, anyone knows?
Thanks shal0m.. Btw anyone knows where to do transplant for eyebrow
