sorry to hear that. this kinda goes against aadvarks claim that dr nara's work is impeccable. was it slanted right away or was it gradual? i dont know much on the matter but i'd say that you should be able to remove it now while it's healing. better now than wait for it to finish healing, remove and wait for it to heal again. why can't you just get a revision? have you contacted dr nara?
yeah, but did u noe that most of our noses (humans in general) are not dead-straight? we asians have low bridges so it's not obvious whether r slanted. after doing an implant, it's much more pronounced. i say wait for the swelling to go down and it wun be so obvious anymore. look thru ur old pix and scrutinise, u might see that it might have been slightly slanted to begin with, be objective.

i still feel that nara's work is impeccable, and i stand by it, esp after speaking to so many forummers since 2007. it's usually people's expectations that are not realistic most of the time, be it with dr nara or other good docs.

yokonori wrote:Hi All
Finally my trip is confirm on 5th -8th August.
Please feel free to PM me if anyone would like to join.

I will be heading to Dr Prinya instead. As Dr Chi and Dr Nara appointments are full till november.

Dr Prinya suggests thatI do the filllers for nose. ANd smart lipo for double chin as it is smoother and skin tightening. Best is no downtime and not as painful as lipo. As for the eyes he suggest to have an open wound which i think I am not going for it as i don't want to have 2 hotdogs ard my eyes for 1 mth... As nobody can predict how long the swollen period might be. And moreover I need to work as I am in sales.

There is this chinese medication that is good for anti swell have anyone tried before (Pian Zi Guang) S$78 from EYS. Feel like getting it. ALos plus some anti inflam pills too. Take before surgery. Hehe

I aven book my hotel. As it is better to book or buy voucher over there is it? Please help me with this.

Thank you

Hi All

Guess I am the only one experience with Dr Prinya.

I just finish my fillers and smart lipo for my chin and tummy. Everything seems good.

Dr Prinya is a very patience doctor and he really take time to explain to you about everything. All nurses in his clinc are friendly and helpful. Nice clinic . Looks very different from Dr Nara clinic.

He make sure his nurses are there and not to leave you alone after the operation. The whole process takes about 3-4hrs.

As for me, I got really low pain threshold. I asked him to sedate me so he can do everything like the fillers etc. the very next day he will check with me whether I wanted the bridge to be higher. I said yes and he continue to inject more fillers. He even said if not enough he can bring to Sg as he will be visiting. So nice of him. After the whole operation I slept the whole day. Today will be my shopping day again. Of cos with the bandage on. Hehe. Who cares.....

I stayed in Centara hotel. The review was good. Free wifi in the room.

Hope that give you guys a little more confident! Feel free to pm me if u need to know more. Cheers!!!

hi yokonori, is centara hotel far from dr prinya clinic? 15mins walk? or beta to take a taxi from centara to the clinic?

i did inner and outer thighs lipo with dr nara. got rejected for doing my back thighs. dr say im not a big person, but still my thighs are like hippo thighs even after doing inner and outer. not much difference, so im intending to go for lipo again for my front and back thigh. actually intended to do lipo again with dr nara but fear going over and got rejected, then it would be a waste flying over and do nothing. so im going dr prinya for lipo, and sees how it goes.

anyone keen to join me on the nov? im heading to both dr nara and dr prinya. [email protected]

does anyone knows how much now does dr chi charge for epicanthoplasty? and lateral canthoplasty? happy with my double eyelid done by dr nara, regret for not doing epi. fear of the scars left by doing epi, is a must to buy scar gel for epi? can epi and lateral stitches be remove by gp in sg? it hurts damn much removing nose stitches and my nostrils got infected. there's little lumps inside my nostrils but it don't hurt, i din see dr for this prob. but does anyone has the same prob as me? is it normal? help, thank's much!

Darlinxue

From Centara u need to travel by tuk tuk. If you are alone u can take the bike 5mins.

U can email to Dr Prinya and check if he can do it for you. But am sure if Dr Nara doesn't want to do for you he must have his reason. U can consult another dr...

May I know you do stitch for your eyelid? What is the down time? How long you stay in Hdy after the stitch?

I did the Smart lipo not the tradition or vaser. If the area is big, is quite useless to do smart lipo. U email to dr Prinya. He can explain to you clearly.

May I know if I can going to remove my epicanthoplasty and rhinoplasty stitches, where can I go in sg to remove? According to dr Nara, for epicanthoplasty stitches have to removed via a plastic surgeon. So any experience from the experienced? :)

Agree with aardvark, perhaps should have to wait till it completely de-swell first. I've read and do lots of surveys of ps,and soon will get my rhino ps done by this dec with dr Nara. My mom's friend just had her rhino done at Nara and the result comes pretty great.

Ive been a silent reader for past 2-3 years. Finally pluck up the courage to write in;) I will be heading to BKK for a short vacation in October, and i am planning to try out nose fillers first before going for a proper nose job next year. Any recommendation for nose fillers @ BKK? Read up alot from google search but i will be more confident if is one via a recommendation through forum as well as the charges like..
