Hi i am interested in going to thailand to do macrolane breast fillers. I looked up dr nara and several clinics but they do not do it. Does dr chi have this procedure? If anybody can help me it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I don't think Dr. Chi does this procedure. Why not try those popular clinics in Bangkok instead? Like PAI or Dr. Pat from Tokai?

I'm not sure which clinics are good because i have not done any plastic surgery before. It seems that macrolane is not done much in thailand.

U never consider fats transfer to breast which is permanent . Unlike fillers , got to keep doing it , costly to maintain in long run

That's true. Those clinics usually charge for lipo then another separate charge for transfer, and the overall increase per session is only a half cup size, so it is totally not worth going for fat transfer because it doesn't make much difference!

I think the only alternative is to go for implants. I called up a few local and thai clinics that used to have macrolane fillers but no longer- one of the nurses say that now the doctors are afraid that they might cause cancer so they advise me to opt for regular implants instead.

Hmmm so breast implant seem to be the only choice. But I dare not do it but maybe i will take up the courage after few years, who knows . At the moment, I contended to just have half cup size increase witn our own fats which don't require maintainence. Then do another round of fats transfer if I still wat slightly bigger. So u will consider breast implants instead?

I am considering it hard. I don't want to keep paying thousands of dollars and the end result is not that good. Just think you have to go twice for both lipo and fat transfer and the increase is barely 1 cup size. each time you pay about 2.5k sgd.

Hi everybody, i posted in this forum few weeks back regarding surgery with dr charan.
I am now in day 6 post-op (sliding genioplasty and buccal fat removal) and my swelling has reduced tremendously. I must say Dr Charan and his nurses did a good job of taking care of me.
one thing i must mention that he really pays attention to my needs instead of pushing the surgical procedures to me. I initially wanted to do V line surgery but he suggested against it as i did not really did it and my jaw was not huge in the first place. He recommended sliding genioplasty instead as i had short chin. I also requested to remove my buccal fat as it tends to make my face look fat. He suggested removing some of the fats instead of all to maintain a youthful look.
I would say i have no regrets doing my surgery with Dr Charan as he managed to make me feel assured and takes care of my post-surgery needs/questions. The sliding genioplasty was also well done and my chin is now more prominent and makes my face looks sharper as well.
